Our Founder
Bonsai Property Management was founded by Nathan Bell in Sept 2023. From a young age Nathan has managed a multitude of multi-family and residential units with his father and eventually acquired his own! He has been flipping Real Estate for 4 years, managing his families properties as well as his own for 13 years and always determined to expand his knowledge and experience.
He has said "Real Estate has been a passion that continues to burn and sets my heart ablaze! Every time I think I have seen it all, I am surprised by a new adventure and could not be more exciting!". After growing his personal portfolio and wanting to acquire more time for himself by hiring a management company, it did not take long to discover that not all property management companies were the same and costed more than 30% of annual revenue for a fraction of the attention! After working with 3 different management companies he has committed to providing the highest quality services to his clients to prevent anyone from having to experience the same loss of revenue and trust.
He elevates the standard for those around him and is determined to create more value for everyone involved, and hopes one day to own a nursery to accompany his show garden of bonsai trees.
